Sign Ups are open for Macon County Public Library System’s 2026 Summer Reading Program. Sign up at either location during May.

The Highway 52 Yard Sale will be Friday and Saturday.

Macon County Youth Football, Cheerleading and Flag Sign Ups will be Saturday at Pat Parker Field from 8-4pm. Flag ages are 4-6, little tackle ages 6-9 and big tackle is 5th and 6th grades. For more information call 615-670-6637.

The Mr. Hermon Community Center will have a dance Saturday night featuring No Deposit. Doors open at 6pm and the dance starts at 7pm.

The 12th Annual RBS Auto Jam will be Saturday at 210 Market Street in Red Boiling Springs. Registration is from 8-11am. All proceeds benefit RBS Fire & Rescue.

Green Grove’s Cemetery’s Annual Decoration will be held this weekend. Please bring lawn chairs and join in. If you’re unable to attend, you may mail monetary donations to Green Grove Cemetery, C/O Karen Clark Luhrs, 2255 Honeysuckle Road, Hartsville 37074.
